Due to [yes], there will be no March AC. AC will resume for April, however.

Additionally, as there are no open spots (as of this post), apps will not be opened this month. We'll check in again in May.

Applications Open

As we do have a few spots available, applications are open!

Here is how the app windows will work from here on out:

Whenever apps do open, they will stay open for one week, and whether we get 10 or none, the window closes for the month after one week.

Within the given month, app order does not matter. So if we get 10 apps in March for our 3 slots, we'll place the characters/players who best fit the spaces we have, and the rest will remain in the queue.

Whether or not we let new characters in once a month or twice a month is TBD, but it won't be ad hoc whenever someone drops.

While we have a queue, we will not open apps again until the queue is down unless for some reason we cannot place the characters currently in the queue. So while we're open for apps now but may or may not be open next month, just depends on how things go!

Drops

The drop tab of the taken spreadsheet contains information on characters that have left the game and the last time they were seen, as well as their drop method (though ICly I think not much has been discovered of this yet).

Please keep in mind that other than the character themselves being gone, all their stuff is just as it was left. Resources they gathered become the team's resources. An exception can be made for personal items (clothing, items from home, etc) which can assume to have disappeared with the character.

Game Status

The first month of the game is complete and it's been a ~HUGE SUCCESS~!! Thank you so much to everyone who showed up to make the game so active and fun.

AJ also finished running ♥ CBT Sessions ♥ for each of the teams and had a ton of fun with it, and they were very successful! We are planning right now to redo these roughly once a quarter to unfold more and more of the plot.

That said, don't feel like you need to wait for things to happen. If you have something interesting your character wants to try, we are open to it! Being mindful of when AJ is in hibernation is our only request as they will be the one running most plotty exploradoras.

Activity Check and Apping Schedule

Activity Check is up here! Please complete your AC by 10pm EST March 7th. Keep in mind that only threads from the month the AC is for count. So in this case, only threads from February.

AC will always go up on the first of the month and always need to be completed by the 7th! This is so that there is always a week with which to enter your activity.

Depending on if we have space, apps will always open on the 8th of the month, and remain open for one week! So if you know someone is interested in apping, the 8th to the 14th of every month is going to be when they can submit apps.

(If you can't tell, AV is being very Limnly about this and trying hard to have an easily repeatable schedule for everything).

Seconds and Game Size

At the start of the game, we did not know how many people we would have, and wanted seconds to be available. However, obviously the game has been very successful and seems unlikely that entertaining seconds will be feasible for the near future.

For this reason, seconds are not appable until future notice, and we will be removing the previous apped seconds from the queue!

If, in the future, game interest ever drops to where there is space for seconds we'll see about it then. I just didn't want to leave people who already apped/might hope to app seconds hanging.

Continuing Education Update

The Continuing Education / FAQ page has been updated with additional details on Mingles, Ritual Payments, Healing, the Workshop, and the Coffers.
